Energy Storage Systems

Residential and commercial storage built from the cell platform above, with rack or wall-mount enclosures.

Stationary storage is optimised for cycle life at low C-rate and for calendar life, not for peak current. This catalogue covers cells; a storage system is configured per project.

What stationary duty asks of a cell

A storage pack cycles at roughly 0.2 C to 0.5 C and is judged on how many cycles it completes before capacity falls below the warranty threshold, and on how much capacity it loses while held at float. Peak discharge capability is close to irrelevant. That reverses the logic used for tools and traction: capacity and cycle-life data matter, the current column mostly does not.

Chemistry: what is on file here

Every cell in this catalogue is NMC, NCA or NMC-Si. Stationary storage in this market is commonly built on lithium iron phosphate. We hold no LFP lines and will not substitute one into a design that specified another chemistry without saying so first.

A cycle-life figure needs its end point

A cycle-life number is only comparable when the end point travels with it: capacity retention or runtime retention, the percentage, the charge and discharge rate, the temperature, and the cut-off. Without those, two 500-cycle claims can describe very different cells.

What we need to quote it

  • Target energy and string voltage
  • Charge and discharge C-rate, and the daily depth of discharge
  • Warranty period and the retention threshold behind it
  • Ambient temperature range at the installation
  • Chemistry constraint, if the design has one
