Privacy Policy

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: name, email address, and the details of the cells or packs you are asking about. We do not ask for, and do not want, anything beyond what is needed to answer a sourcing question.

Why we collect it

To reply to the enquiry and, if it becomes a purchase, to prepare the documentation that goes with the shipment. We do not sell enquiry data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

Cookies and measurement

This site may load an analytics or tag management script to measure traffic. Doing so sets cookies in your browser. Nothing in that measurement is used to identify you personally, and no enquiry content is sent to an analytics provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as there is an active commercial reason to keep it, and then deleted. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.

To see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted, email carroll.xue@treasun.com. We will action the request rather than argue about its format.
